Well. They're wrong. Yes, you are never too old to exercise but one cannot help but compare this fellow posing to see a de-boned cadaver.
I applaud his efforts at training but decry his childishly ego driven neeeeeeeeeed to, for lack of a more mature term, "show off" the results.

But really, what does being in these record books do for him? Absolutely nothing. With that said him training and moving like he does and having the balls to still be on stage is impressive. But at this age and shape he should just train and be happy not showcase when there is not much to showcase.

Being in the record books has given him increased recognition, written about online and in magazines, appeared on a few tv shows, etc. Other than that, I guess nothing special about being in the record books.
