The conditioning was spot on, hard to believe how much weight you dropped. That is hardcore.

When you can FULLY see the Serretus Anterior stick out like that, you know your ripped to the bone.
Unlike you DOUGHBOY!!

Mike. Can we get a "day in the life of" type thing? Maybe you buying peanut butter or buzzing your head. I think we could learn a lot from you.

Hell Yeah, that would be the shit!!, you gotta work on that Mike, I might even pay some money for that shit. You could play it straight or play it up a bit and make over the top hard core.

Here is a random page outta my food log/diet was very LOW carbs, medium to high protein, low fat, it was a little longer than 16 weeks i believe,i lost over 70 lbs in that time period (double session cardio/am and at night)
i mean look at my face (sunken in i scared my mom who said "i look like a concentration camp survivor")
cardio was always first thing in the morning on an empty stomach,

That was one of the most impressive transformations I have seen. The cool thing is that we got to see it in real time right in front of us by following your threads on getbig. When was that...2005? Are you planning on competing again any time soon?

Congratulations on dropping the fat.

As for your AM and PM cardio, I wanted to ask you a couple of questions.

1. Did you run for both sessions (if so could you please tell me average time/distance)?

2. How did you work the cardio with leg work (lifting weights)? Did you skip a couple of cardio sessions for leg recovery?

I need to drop some fat and I was considering twice a day cardio, so I thought I would ask someone with some experience.

Running is stupid when all your goals are to lose fat and keep muscle. Walk on a treadmill at 3.5-4mph for 45 minutes is the best cardio you can do. Or the bike, stairmill etc...

1) no running (lol i was 270 lbs id have killed my joints/knees) 4.0 pace/slight incline (got my heart rate up/huffing and puffing ..sweating profusely) an hour each session
2) never skipped cardio (started at 5 days a week....bumped it up to 6 days a week....then finally every day)
first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
last thing at nite after all meals were consumed
hope this helps!   :)
