Well, that pic pretty much answers the questions about his back.
in what way?

I meant that his back is just as impressive as everything else.

yeah like i said i used to see him all the time a couple of years ago and he's REALLY improved and put on a lot of size, looks phenomenal, he lost to Charles Ray Arde a couple of years back but now with more size he should finally win this thing.

I know marks nutritionist fairly well and he said that mark was having a hard time even making the heavies.  I think he could do very well in the supers, especially with that type of conditioning.

He is doing the heavywieghts, but according to his nutritionist he will just barely make weight. I'm just saying that with his conditioning he could do well as a smaller super-heavy.

yeah the supers are usually a lot weaker class than the heavies and light heavies with a lot less guys in it, hard to imagine him as a super since he's so short, in person he is much shorter than he looks in photos, he looks 5'5" or 5'6" in person.

Mark looks VERY wide on stage.  He's going to be very impressive with that new thickness.
If he comes with the conditioning he brought at the (I think) 2005 North Americans, he'll hang with ANYONE.

Yep, it was the 05' north americans.  He won the light heavies and it was a close overall between him, TJ schoenborn and marcus haley.   The USA's is going to be a great show this year.  Best of luck Justin, not that you will need it!!

yeah, he was freaky peeled.  If he brings that as a heavy...which it looks like he's going to do.  He'll look great.  He's one of those guys that looks freaky wide on stage.
TJ looked insane at that show too.  Is he still planning on the Master's next year?  I saw him at Jr. Nats, and he looked good.  He's added so much size in the last few years.

It is my understanding that TJ is doing masters nationals next year.  He should do very well. He did the Jr.Nationals as a middleweight in 03 and 04, then he did the USA as a light heavy in 04, then won the north americans as a heavy in 05.  He's added a lot of quality muscle over the past few years and should be tough to beat at masters next year.
