but this guy is 1 3/4 feet in the grave.
I saw one video and his eyes looked yellow.
I bet he is very close to liver failure.
I've seen some docs on alcoholism and that is
how their stomachs get and they have to drain
a ton of fluid.

You're referring to ascites fluid which is common to terminal liver failure patiens(like cirrhosis, hepatorenal syndrome). I would say Lenny doesn't have ascites. It's a really serious symptom and people don't live long with it... and here we have Lenny who is doing bodybuilding shows :D
Also if you look Lenny's stomach. It looks solid. Ascites patients stomach is full of fluid and if you touch it - it tends to vibrate. I would say the primary cause of Lennys stomach is due visceral fat but it is most likely a cumulation of different things. We need to see radiograph, CT and ultrasound pictures what is inside :D

1) He admitted to using GH so his liver/internal organs probably are all Super-Size... liver probably BIGGER than 40 pounds!!
2) MASSIVE overeating- he admits to going to many buffets, each he eats several plates of food.
3) Probably drinks a lot of beers on occasion, stretching his guts.

Looks like ascites to me- the reason it looks solid is probably just because his abdominal wall is so stretched out. His eyes are yellow too, just look at videos of him.
