Just an observation;

If there is clear criteria on what earns blue stars, then it should be equal across the board, personalities shouldn't matter.

Having said that... if the criteria is too generic, then some people who get them weaken the meaning of them, like getting a trophy for showing up to a sporting event regardless of how well you did..

But then again... It's just blue stars we're talking about here

We need more colors.

Gold stars = Pros
Silver= National competitors
Blue = State competitors
Black = Vince, Arvilla , BillyGums............... ............etc
