pumphard, I'm not Lee Priest but sometimes "cheating" is good just to keep you sane.
I dunno what Lee would do of course, but do whatever it takes to keep you sane. I don't see how eating pizzas all day will keep you sane, just try something so you get it out of your system and go back to your dieting.
If for some reason you find yourself wanting to cheat more, your probably trying to cheat for another reason rather than just the fact that your restricting yourself. .
Also, remember your choosing to diet down for a reason. This is something you want, you'd much rather eat the foods on your diet than fattening dog shit, let yourself get one thing out of your system so you feel normal again, then go back to your dieting foods...
