Their roster is a unmitigated shitshow this year, Jeremy Lin is seriously the 2nd best player.

Throughout his career I feel like people have unfairly labeled Kobe as a selfish player who just jacks up shots.

This season however, Kobe is just firing away with no regard.  He kinda has to because there is nobody else on the team that can put the ball in the basket, but Kobe is getting them up.  Jeez.  I'm curious to see what happens when Swaggy gets back.

Agree on Kobe not being that much of a chucker historically.  The one year he really jacked them up I think he averaged 35 ppg or so.

Kobe's trying to do a flashback of that 35 ppg year(05-06).  The problem is, even though he's still a very good player, he isn't the 05-06 Kobe.

One Lakers reporter said that he thinks Kobe is just trying to pass MJ on the all time point list and after he does he'll slow down.  He wants to make sure he passes MJ before any other injuries happen.......allegedly.  I don't know if that's true but it's plausible.

I like kobe over lebron, i cringe listening to a lebron interview, his a moronic media coached/controlled robot, no emotion. look at Jordan, kobe and lebron interviews. Lebron seems like he has personality of a cardboard box.
Kobe is all good with me, all those missed shots will be forgotten when his retired. He knows it. Just beat jordan's record and he will be remembered for passing Michael Jordan and 5 rings.
