Well you have to knock out the champ. we've known this for ages. A very difficult thing to do
But it's quite simple and not gonna be as easy for Phil his entire Olympia reign
Simply put, Phil Heath has set the current O bar, as conditioning.Not size, but condition.So as people on this forum have coined the phrase "glazed Donut" , if Phil comes in like this, or any weak form of conditioning ,during any point in his O career , It SHOULD BE GAME OVER
Especially this Mr O, where you have 2 former Mr Olympias, and a guy who you beat by a point last year , competing against you.Also stars like Rhoden,Ramy,Wolf,Martinez and McMillan.
This isn't cut and dried yet (obviously sans predetermined results)
