some of it fat, I admit.    163 to 190ish.   I followed the 9-9-9 plan.

this really goes to show how much muscle you have to gain to even be recognized by outsiders like "woah, he lifts weights". and to think you can only gain 5lbs in a year IN A GOOD YEAR. and you can gain 30lbs of muscle in four months and nobody even notice. nobody give a shit. nobody even think you're a bodybuilder yet.

i put on a nice contrast for the kitchen klassic lighting, but didn't grow the bodyparts.  I'd have airbrushed some abs in pic 2, if that were the case :)
