looking at another thread about incline press made me think about this unusual but effective move...

Bet Chaos doesn't speak French either.

Great exercise which a lot of athletes use in training, for any sport. Simple stuff can prove to be the most effective.

similar to my suggestion about the leg version i do these with with a powerband attached to increase resistance at the top...
