Agreed he's very good, but what film could have been his Oscar?

The Fugitive?
Bladerunner?
Indiana Jones, Raiders of the Lost Ark?

No.
No.
No.
He has made many entertaining movies and will likely win a honorary Oscar, but he has not turned in a Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role to rival any winner.  His one nomination was for Witness.  Samuel Jackson has had a similar career: entertaining films that made a ton of money (more than Harrison Ford films), but his one nomination was for Pulp Fiction.  Neither Jackson nor Ford are in the first tier of actors.

Director intentions aside, Blade Runner does not make a credible case for Deckard as a replicant.

You sure about that? Can you even begin to imagine what it's going to be like with dumb blondes having to navigate through three dimensions instead of two???

Ate some Lobster sprinkled with truffels few weeks ago, tasted decent. The Dom Perignon didn't hurt either.

My scifi buddy saw it and said it was lame; said I should wait for Netflix.  But he like District 9 and I thought that was a lame/wait for Netlfix movie.  :-\

Everyone I know that is a fan of the original loved it. Most of my friends went straight home to watch Alien and Aliens.
Seems like those that didnt like it, already had pre-concieved notions of what they wanted it to be, or got overly butthurt over the message/backstory.

What's her function in this flick?  Is she just the obligatory hot babe?  I've yet to see any hot female astronauts in NASA.

There was that astronaut who drove cross country wearing a diaper so she wouldn't have to stop to go the bathroom because she loved another astronaut. She was cute.
