Actually, at least he keeps it real.  "I do steroids.  I look entirely average for a steroid user."
I'd say, "Congratulations."
Then let him observe my shirt.  Natural Bodybuilding...(back) why pretend.

When you kick ass on your own, why take gear.  You're not going for Mr. O.  Man up pussy...haha ;)
These guys are all the same, "hardcore" "animal" on 3 compounds, usually nothing without.  Again, I'm unimpressed by pretty much anyone of these guys.  What can you do in a gym?

A better shirt.
Natural Bodybuilding....good luck. ;)
Natural Bodybuilding...not for everyone.
Steroids....for when you fail without them....Natural Bodybuilding.

guy actually looks pretty good to me, cept for the shaved arms, that looks ridiculous on guys over 40.

Natural bodybuilding isnt really bodybuiling, its just keeping your muscle swollen all the time..nothing really grows that much. its all fluids.  Natural bodybuilding has disappointed thousands, its a failure for the most part.

i compleatly agree, natural bodybuilding is really a failed concept.....you look at a natural bodybuilder, a good natural bodybuilder mind you, in anything but a wifebeater or no shirt at all....and you cannot even tell they lift weights......on stage....they look like swimmers much of the time....and as you said, they body really fights to grow naturally.....it just becomes a process of retaining fluid, then losing the fluid, then retaining it back and so on.

i'll never forget when i was a kid a friend of my father had this red sweatshirt, cut around the neck and cut as a half shirt....typical late 80s bodybuilder style.  had a white outline of a guy doing a most muscular pose, under this it said ...."Die Big, Die Young, Dianabol"....fucking classic
;D F----k ! I forgot about that one ! And yes it was classic ! LOL !

well, on top of wht the oither guy said...the human body puts pretty strict limits on natural muscle growth.....so even as a good nattie your not going to keep growing indefinalty.
so, in the offseason, when they tell you they are bulking and putting on muscle....it is the fats, sodium, water, and carbs that are giving them this perceived effect, and when they diet for the next contest, and they reduce those macros, and lose the subcutaneous water....they are probably lucky if during that bulking period produced even .0001 lb. of actual muscle. creatine is basically intercellular water-retention also that pretty quickly goes away.

also, it should be noted that this afformatnioned process also happpens to many people who juice incorrectly also.
