I don't feel any pity for those individuals who took it upon themselves to assault the guy while he was on the job doing his job....even after their attack on him they chose to invade his work space to further instigate the issue after he fled his station.

Where was the manager? Why was nobody calling cops before when they were admonishing him, attacked him?

Guy had every right in my view to use any means necessary to shut them down since nobody was there to diffuse the situation and seemed to laugh, film and think it was ok until he took matters into his own hands and turned their switches completely off.
