Uh, I'm pretty sure Gale has done the exact opposite of "brag" about his back.

What he's showing off is not his back, but his supremely awesome CONDITIONING. He's not all abs and bicep veins. He was showing us he's also lean from the rear. How is that "sad"? He's waaaaay the fuck leaner than I am (and I have a pretty decent back), and I'd bet way the fuck leaner than you too.

If it's only about conditioning perhaps anorexic people should post their pics here too.

Galeniko needs to stop cutting and instead worry about adding some mass. This is a bodyBUILDING forum not a twink forum.

Perhaps instead of writing books he should read a few about how to train back.

I wouldn't follow the diet of some unqualified nobody. I do currently look like shit tho - due to years of inactivity - and am on a 1300 low-to-no carb diet.

I didn't always look like shit. I got into bad car accident a few years ago. I'm now somewhat healed and back to working out and making progression as a natural.
