Look at the pictures and read Flexonline. They have Phil in first and Dex in second. ANd that is the way I see it based on the pics.  Wolf was too hyped up and didn't meet the expectations. In fact, his legs were smaller.  Phil really improved...he's the only one in the lineup that did.

phil could have been second but his abs and tighs pose just doesn't look right for me. He really looks "all-arms" in that shot.

but he is clearly good enough for third

It seems as though there's a year's lag time between spots that are earned and spots awarded.  They look to be placing Wolf and Dexter the way it should have been last year and already Heath should be placing above them.  Heath is obviously better than Jay too but you know how that goes.
