Yeah it says shut that stupid bitch up. the next president is speaking!
-
What's happening there?
-
Typical Republican censorship.
I wonder if that guy with the tattoos was another brave American that had the balls to stand up for what is wrong in America? He was shown twice in the beginning with what looked like a banner.
-
What does it say, Mr. Know it All??
-
It says, "Sweet baby Jesus! Bitch, please brush your teeth before you protest!"
-

HA HA!!
As long as it's an environmentally friendly toothpaste that doesn't leave a carbon footprint and the bristles on the brush are made from hemp. And only recycled bath water may be used to rinse- that is when she takes one!
:D
-
I can't believe they let that go on for that long actually, a billy club to the head and just drag her out would have been much more sufficient rather than letting her keep breathing pure Republican oxygen.
-
it's the protester from the convention. she started saying something during the mccian speech and they covered her mouth up.
-
pure Republican oxygen.
hahahaha brutally good shit right there.
-

She's one of those wackjobs from "Code pink" screw putting a hand over her mouth, put the muzzle on.

and rightfully fuking so...how fuking direspectful again somebody should have spear tackled that broad...doing stupid shit like this doesnt help their cause only hurts it...They may have had legitimate arguements but now nobody will hear their shit...Why is it always the libs that do stupid and crazy shit like this and then complain about the reactions they recieve?
Idiocy these ppl should not be allowed to procreate

Wait, the lady just was saying something and they responded like that? :o Why would they even be close enough to hear her talking? Or was she making threats or something?
The only thing I watched from the Repub convention was Palin's speech.
What is the deal w/this lady in the picture?
-

Is the RNC a public or a private event?
If it's private, then they did the right thing... If it's public, then she has every right to be heard.
Did public money provide the event or not?

doesnt matter the police gave them plenty of space to protest and this wasnt part of it.

They still have to pull permits.

OK I looked up Code Pink... "CODEPINK (www.codepink4peace.org) emerged out of a desperate desire by a group of American women to stop the Bush administration from invading Iraq. "
I learn so much on getbig :)
"While Bush's color-coded alerts are based on fear and are used to justify violence, the CODEPINK alert is a feisty call for women and men to "wage peace.""
"Because of our responsibility to the next generation, because of our own love for our families and communities, it is time we women devote ourselves — wholeheartedly — to the business of making peace."
her and other code pink members caused a fuss during mccains speech
So she was yelling then?

ya im not sure how many of them there were but this is not the one i saw last night during the speech.

Maybe so, but I still think it:
1. Matters.
2. Is their right.
They still have to pull permits.
Public functions always have to pull permits... nothing new there.
Was it rude? Sure... Would I do it? Of course not... I wouldn't protest in that venue, but I do still feel it is the right of the people to do so.

I'm quite sure there are limitations and boundaries they can't cross and since there are dignitaries, they wouldn't be allowed anywhere near the doors of that convention.

it is their right to peaceful protest, this was not peaceful...this was meant to stir up just this kind of reaction so that ppl like you and them could look at this and cry foul

Wow... ::)

Wow... ::)
good point ::)
-
These folks were given a certain time and place to march and do their protest. It certainly wasn’t inside the building, during McCain’s speech.
When are these goofballs going to learn that screwball behavior like this doesn’t help their cause one bit? These groups did the same foolishness in 2004. All they have to show for it are criminal records, some lumps upside their heads, and less money. To top it all off, Bush got re-elected, anyway.
-
These pics say it all!
-
and these...

good point ::)
Great response. ::)

It was an implied response to your implication that I am like the protesters when you don't even know me.
The fact I have to explain it says even more.

LOL yes im sorry i should have gotten that from
wow... ::) LOL hahah
LOL i never implied that you where like a protester only that the protester created a fuss when they knew the reaction they would get so that they could point to it and ppl like them and you would cry foul...seems pretty sound and accurate b/c this is exactly what has happend isnt it? You have cried foul even though they where in the wrong havent you? which part have i misstated?
The fact that i had to explain it says it all.

The highlighted part is misstated.
I did not cry foul... I said I thought it was their right to protest... I did not ever state that anyone was wrong for removing them.
The fact I am responding to this is truly what "says it all."

you said it was their right which "implied" that the ppl where in the wrong for removing them. In fact they overstepped their rights and should be been spear tackled.

It is their right to protest... It is also their right to be ejected from a convention center, as it is the hosts right to eject them... I think "spearing" them as you put it, is a bit much... because there's no reasonable requirement to use that kind of force, but you get my point by now I'm sure.

LOL i do and im sure you get mine
It is their right to protest peacefully but its not their right to interfere. Spearing would have been a bit much but would have made for damn good television.

To be honest... If I actually saw it, I may be inclined to think more about voting for McCain.
At least he would have shown some balls. (or rather his crew would have)

LOL, public event? No, just like the DNC, the RNC you also purchase tickets, the stadium is not open to the public it's a venue that is rented out, that is why you see people with press passes, special passes, and people carry their tickets with them.
She was most likely given a ticket(s), or she could have been hauled off to jail for several citations.
