I caught him in one of his posts going back and changing his claim of being able to bench 225 from 8 reps to 6-8 reps but I am too lazy to look it up.
BerzerkFury is probably right, the guy could very well be a gimmick. No way could a guy as weak and little as he appears come in here and spout all these huge claims. I just can't believe someone could be THAT delusional.
I mean fcuk, at least MemberX looked somewhat solid.
I got news for you, your fat and bloated, those arms would shrink if you got under even 14% bodyfat.
What is so strange about changing from 8 to 6-8, right now in the first two sets of bench i get 8 reps then in the last 2 i only manage about 6, but next time i train chest it will probably be improved.
If you think benching 225 and curling 60lb dumbells is a "huge claim" then your the weak and fragile one.
