looking great, at 17 wow thats impressive a young goudy almost. keep doing what your doing its seems to be working dont try to bulk or do anything stupid so u get fat, i dont see why u cant gain 5-10 pounds of muscle a year for the next few years, still have some growing in the height department left as well.

It's a pity you don't train your legs and do weak ass T-bar rows, but your upper body does look great. You must be the alpha male of your high school! hahaha

I was 117lbs when I was 17, so I'm very envious. I'm still 117 now, but that's beside the point.

Lean? You gotta be kidding me...I have the most bodyfat I've had in a long time...I rarely do cardio.

yeah you are pretty lean dude. its the main reason you look good. with 15 lbs of fat and a t-shirt on we wouldnt be able to tell youve ever worked out.
