20" cold arm

    taken today at work out of boredom and because it was stretching my uniform sleeve, lol. (6'2", 260 lbs as of Tuesday, heavy duty shit is workin well on my 'bulk')

Don't believe in training triceps OR forearms I see. Bodyfat count is somewhere around 30%. Lose 100 pounds and those supposed 20" "GUNS" will be reduced to 14.5" GUARANTEED.  ::)

Guys, I did say I was bulking, not cutting, lol. Here's from 2 years ago at the Excalibur at 19" (was 231 lbs at the weighin).

LOL... um, I wouldn't consider 400 mg to be 'hrt levels'.

100 mg a week is fine for HRT.  You're running a cycle at 400 mg... your doc deserves a really nice christmas card from you this year!
