They are shit. Just take 1mg Arimidex EOD and you will up natty test by 33 percent without taking test.
Nice little trick I use when off gear

Sarms came out a long time ago. If they were the real deal, we'd know by now. I haven't spoken to one person who's even tried them. They're not cheap either. Plus, the real life potential sides are not really known.

a politically correct name.
Did you know something like trenbolone can be considered a SARM? It's somewhat tissue specific = SARM.
There are no free rides, an effective SARM will have the side effects of steroids.

I used s4 2x
1st, short 1 bottle 4 week cycle
2nd, longer 2 bottle 8 week cycle..
So good results from both times dryer harder stronger but not by much, but it's also cheap so can't complain.
I've seen better results through a strict carb depleted diet and low intensity cardio, but I also used it during recomp, I lost my job so I was a fat fuck and needed quick results since I had gotten fat.. overall I say it's worth a try..

I tried the GW blah blah blah last year. No change. This year I tried the Mk 677 and although I didn't have my blood work done, I feel like my shoulder healed somewhat.

It puts 10 pounds of water on you in a few days I don't know how people tolerate the water retention and fatigue that come with it.

MK-677 is extremely potent. I just put on 12lbs of water in 5 days and had to stop, didn't feel too good. Crazy appetite, insane. Some say 20mg of it feels more potent than 10iu GH (especially when stacked with CJC-1295 no DAC - constant GH bleed).. I don't know about that but it's potent for sure and it's been proven very effective in studies plus there's lot of blood work posted on the forums.

What good is something that water logs you that quick it's bad water not in the muscle. The lethargy is so bad you feel sick.
