El Lardo thought he could get a day off for his hearing in front of SCOTUS.  Nope.  He’ll be sitting in that chair again.

If he keeps his mouth shut, acts somewhat like an adult, then maybe….. just maybe…. He will get a day off to attend Barrons graduation.   

Until then criminal defendants are required at trial.
