I'll say this and I say this only once, bodybuilder drink exactly the same as you only difference is he has growth hormone in system. Now I'm not talking about drinking everyday day like americano whore, I mean 240 pound guy with 15iu of hgh in him everyday can go out and drink exactly the same as normal fella yada yada yada I  don't have time to post anymore I have to go train for Olympia.

I used to drink Vodka or Gin. Occassionally some beer.

Now I do not drink and the last drink I had was almost 2 years ago some Guinness.

Cider and most mixers. The only time I'll drink beer is when the weather is extremely good, nothing like a cold one at the side of a pool on holiday.

beer always anykind .cider the odd time .would love to be able to drink something else as beer bloats me like fuck.i look like im bout to drop a baby the following day!!!!

cant drink wiskey ,rum or vodka as after a few il be fighting the next person to look at me for no reason.spent to many nights in cell in my youger years till i learned it dont agree with me. >:(
