It will be interesting to see what kind of long term problems the PMMA causes, I can't see
it being healthy, there's bound to be problems in his not too distant future, at least that's my guess.
LOL you are commenting on a human being  :D

But there once was a time, long ago, when PMMA was not an option.

Man, he got that star in the wrong place. Imagine if he stops shaving. Then it will be a "hairy star"?

not giving this toad props but it is kinda amazing how the shots are very well placed. Whoever is doing this, has a good eye for it to keep the muscle round and full looking as some get pointy looking muscled. Or perhaps that was their intention? Who the hell knows anymore?...

Actaully, his arms are more rounder and fuller than before he started doing the PMMA.
He doesn't have genetics for big arms, relative to his frame.

His arm genetics are pretty poor naturally and he also had a partial bicep tear. Having smallish and poorly shaped arms must have always bugged him, hence the PMMA.

He looks great there, bb-ing is a mental disease.

Depends on how you approach it. Too much of it isn't a good thing.

Completely different physique

i.e. balance between upper and lower, the ratio of torso to arms and width, shape and density of the chest particularly the upper chest.

Then of course the difference the tattoos make in his look. e.g. hiding abs, emphasing the centre of the shoulder creating a look of roundness, creating illusion with dark tattoos throughout serratus, intacoastals, abs region.

His body changed a lot year to year. First pic is 2004 and he looks great compared to that weird 2003 shape.

Second pic is 99.

Looks very good in both, particularly in the 2004 pic, great back and legs... Although it seems that there's something SEO/PMMA already going on in 1999...

When I 1st saw him in a video a couple of years ago I thought he
resembled Mickey Rourke; the Wrestler version only younger.
It looked apparent he had some work done on his face.
I wouldn't consider the guy ugly...no homo..just someone who cared too
much about their appearance and ended up looking worse because of it,
especially body wise. I bet though he's had no problems with getting women.
Like Titus said, "Most women find pro BBr's unattractive but the ones that
do are usually into fitness and are very attractive."

We should all get together and each send a copy of that mag to Phil's house then tear him up on fb about it.

That would break anybody.
