I wasn't sure myself. THere are a bunch of men lifting pieces of metal side to side and up and down. The women are fat and walk on some type of moving contraption . Seems like a waste of time tbh.

Why on earth would you pay money to lift objects? Seems stupid. I'm sure this whole "gym" business is just a passing fad...
