Looking shredded in a bathroom does not mean you will look shredded under the stage lighting. And "water control" is the excuse everyone uses when they come in too fat

true,,last minute screw up or flattening out under stage lights 'washed out,few hrs later or day before in hotel room 'world beater 'strange illussion.certain guys for example s ray and labrada actually increased or changed onstage more than what u saw in print or gym,they looked good either way imo..

I have witnessed both last minute (hours) miracles and last minute disasters also. Bad water control can really ruin several months preparation.

Those guys have no fat. It IS water control. Try eating clean and lower calories for a week and see how much weight you lose. You'll lose "10% bodyfat" in a week.
