45 pounds, i could do more but right now i'm doing circuit training and it really takes a lot out of you.
45 lbs is the minimum required db curl for all my schmoehos.
I can curl the 60s, but look a lot better doing the 55s.
The variance in what we all lift on this exercise appears to be smaller than I'd expect. For example, if I can curl the 60s, then shouldn't a big guy like Mars be curling the 75s?
