Just measured the circumferance inline with adams apple my neck is 16", around 3 months ago before i started neck training it was only 15" lol. Im making progress baby, the rumor about neck being the fastest growing muscle must be true.
I attatch 22.5kg to the head harness and do 10 reps for 5 sets once per week, when i first started i was using 15kgs. I think the gains will slow down now though after the initial adaptation..
my goal is 18-19".

weights are working for me so far ;D
Suprising how strong the neck is though lol 22.5kg extensions.

I have never trained my neck - I wear 19" shirts.
I also have a pea head so if i do i would look sillier.

I'm in the same boat as you man. The only neck exercises I did were wrestling for 6 years. It's tough to find a dress shirt that doesn't look like a dress because of my neck.

I wear fat man's clothes.
My work shirts are stupidly 'puffy' because of my neck etc

sounds like you're doing great.
I've never worked out my "neck" and still had a 17 3/4 in neck. Then I stopped lifting and didn't do anything for 7 years and now it's 16in. I think I might try what you're doing and build it back up a bit.

The Greek ideal. Calves and arms are the same size, neck is just a little bit bigger.

Only difference is, i have the weight on the chain instead of the attatchment bar and use 10kg plates instead of a 20kg
