The fucking nerve....there's no way that chick "trains" at all. Now, she may have a gym membership, but she doesn't use the facilities, that's for sure.

one reason i think is that be cause they workout so much they think they can rationalize having such shitty diets...there is a lady that works out at my gym more than 95%, im talking lunch and after work, doing doubles at least 3 times a week and going 6 days a week in total.... then i was getting food in the building cafeteria and I spotted her getting a scone and bbq potatoe chips. hahahah she is at least 40 years old, and diet is about 80% of the the game in getting fit/skinny.

I have this dude in my gym, probably over 50, he trains his ass off to get lean. I'm talking 2 hours on the threadmill PLUS weightlifting 4 times a week.
Yet he looks like shit. No idea about nutrition.
