Tonight's game was insanely fixed, I'll just say it. The Pacers players were SO aware of it, that they were able to PINCH and blow on lebron. They were listening in on Spolstra's huddle. They knew they had the win in the bag, and got very upset when MIA made it close in the end with all those 3s.
We all know the NBA will make MILLIONS if there's a Friday night game in MIA, primetime TV with Miami cruising to their win in style at home, an eastern coronation. Good tv. A heroic, feelgood story. Compare it to pissy IND, frowning and nobody happy. Now we have IND smiling like they won the super bowl, and we'll have the same thing on Friday in miami, most likely.
man, it'd be awesome to see Sterling trash the NBA and reveal that. It sucks seeing what we're seeing. I heard the game announcers laughing, saying "Well, lebron won't be called for those fouls at home on Friday". The fact that they can openly say referee standards will be different - that speaks volumes. Imagine NFL announcers laughing about this. Unreal.
