I was sidetracked by injury, then starting a business, selling it and starting a second, and home ownership. I'm 28 now and plan to compete again, probably as a light heavy.

Is that enough info for you?

I've never actually measured my height since high school. Many people think I could be 5'5". I'm not really sure, and I'm not worried about my height so I've never since measured.

I had never taken an illegal steroid before that shot. I had taken protein, aminos, creatine and glutamine, and DHEA  up to that point.

I actually compared to this SIZE pretty well. Where Henry proves to be pro caliber is in his seperation and conditioning, both of which beat me handily.

It's like looking at Kamali vs Dexter. Dex LOOKS much bigger due to his structure and conditioning. Kamali lacks the deep seperation (other than his side ham/glutes) and striation that create the illusion.
