I dont get sore without doing all this crap ...

my back talking, really. Lotta exercises, but volume works for some, so keep it up.
I never grew outta the Dorian/Labrada minimal set thing. Even if overtraining's a myth, I've only got about 18-20 total working sets, mentally. 40-45 minutes, warm-ups included, beyond that, intensity fades. Pump, too. Plus, I just don't wanna be there that long.
Again, my back. Ya do what works.
