Nah its cool , im not tryin to make an enemy, I actually like memebers like you who are enthusiastic about this!! Good Luck! But i have been Natty for like forever and have come this far, so much so that going on steroids wont happen until im like 45 or so , when my doc can prescribe me some ..until then im natty

It was my back talking, really. Lotta exercises, but volume works for some, so keep it up.

I never grew outta the Dorian/Labrada minimal set thing. Even if overtraining's a myth, I've only got about 18-20 total working sets, mentally. 40-45 minutes, warm-ups included, beyond that, intensity fades. Pump, too. Plus, I just don't wanna be there that long.
