Face.  Good bodies are a dime a dozen.  Show me 3 girls in any gym with a beautiful face, I'd be shocked.  If a girl is ugly, I don't even want to look at her, no less have her in my bed.
A good body is attainable for almost anyone with work and surgery, a good face...can't be bought.

For me, that is why body trumps face.  Respect supports the attraction of a well developed body.  A big part of the appeal of a hot bod is that s/he worked for it.  They didn't get it overnight; putting in time, discipline, effort, sacrifice = heightened sex appeal.
