Yep every morning for the last year or so. It's amazing the difference it makes in my energy levels. I notice a HUGE difference on days when I don't have time to juice. I usually do kale, half a cucumber, 3 celery sticks, one green apple and occasionally I'll throw in a carrot. Genereally I feel like the carrot makes it taste like shit, but since I never eat carrots it's worth the nutritional value. I recommend every one give it a shot.
