IMO, when Jay retires and totally gets off gear, his health will be pretty much fine. He will lose size obviously, but i doubt he has cut his life expectancy by that much, if at all.

I bet it has more long term effects than that. BB has not had a great health record, even after they 'retire.' shit, even Arnold MAY of had a heart attack (i.e. the "congenital heart defect")

Possibly. But regardless of whether Arnie's heart problem was gear related or not, he seems to be in pretty good shape for a guy who is 60. Compare him to most 60 year olds.
