But he's right.  The risk for injury with CrossFit is high - much higher than with normal, sensible exercise.  This is obvious.  Did you see all the guys with shoulder-slings on that video?   :-X

CrossFit is a stupid fad where (in most cases) the risks outweigh the rewards.  None of those idiots have impressive physiques or impressive strength, and they're doing real damage to their body.  So what's the point?  Just exercise properly, with progressive resistance and good form, and do some cardio.  It's not rocket science, and it's proven and time-tested.

yeah its the same ol 14 pages of guys worrying about what crossfitters do at crossfit gyms instead of worrying about what they do at their own gym.  my favorite are the guys who have never stepped foot inside a crossfit gym posting that the top 10 guys from the crossfit games "don't train crossfit".  LOL!!

Yes, I want to tell you all that these top 10 "athletes", lol, are retarded.  They should be mocked vigorously and their training methods should be widely discredited.  Oh wait, they already have been mocked and discredited.  My bad, I guess this post is redundant.

In other news, I just did 500 pushups in a row without stopping.  The range of motion was about three inches.  All I need now is someone to videotape me doing it so I can win a medal.  I'm hardcore, intense and much tougher than people that exercise in a traditional manner.  I think I'm going to print up a bunch of t-shirts, posters and bumper stickers with obnoxious, self-serving slogans on them.  I'm an athlete.  Self esteem, yay!!!

Hardly trolling sir.  My intent was to try and ascertain why you wanted to do what you said you wanted to do.  There is no amusement in this as you appear to be very serious right now.

If it helps you any, I am not planning on doing that momentum exercise today.  Its some olympic lifting work for me today.  I have my routine set up, no need for your input.  Thank you anyway.
