I agree with Chick & Ron. Tour in a T Shirt, pass on the wisdom and show off the arms, but don't hit the stage in a posing suit again.

fck all you guys in RONs latest video he said he is making 2.3 million/year and if he quit he said he could only make 100k/year.  How do you think he affords a new car for his new profound wife????  Not on 100k/year salary.  If he does 30 guest poses BSN promies 2.3 million/year as long as he can maintain, "BIG"

What's the name of the video/linkto it? Thanks.
Oh...Monica!

This guy calls himself the Pros Rep yet he often makes statements with No Fukin Respect to the Pros.Saying Hopefully Ronnie is Retired is pathetic and let the Fuka say he didn't say it it is on his Radio show. And to say Chris C is the only guy around from 90s what about Priest you clown.
after seeing the pittsburgh guest posing pics, ronnie should/ needs to retire.

I'd certainly try a ROnnie brand!

bob made this pic to say he is better than current & Future Mr. O

No...I actually made that picture because I think Bob could probably hold his own if he came into an olympia with that conditioning.

Problem is, there's some weak areas where I think between the 3, he would be #2 or #3 in that line up.

Still, my point is when you're that close to comparison, he should be going for it.

He says he'd lose money to do so...

so be it.

I guess Chick wouldn't deny that Ronnie was one of the best ever. But Chick is realistic and outspoken. Ronnie seems to suffer from the "Hulkster-syndrome" as well, still living in 1999.

No matter how good he was, today he looks like a big bag of horse shit.

Nobody wants to see this mess on stage anymore, so Chick is right, it's time to retire (urgently). :-X

It shouldn't even be a question to retire, should've happened before the last Olympia. Classic athlete who can't let go, oblivious to what his recent appearances do to tarnish the legacy.

he looks bad - but - hundreds of people will still come to a show to see him pose or meet him, anytime he chooses.

I guess, 240.

His legacy is cemented...but I wonder if he knows how he is slipping?

Is it pride that deludes him, would you say?

As long as his name's on the marquee he can still get something like the same crowd and money without guest posing.

As far as other older guys still doing it, it's case-by-case depending on how well they hold up. Coleman's fallen apart.

Big Ron is anything but deluded.

It's part contractual, part there's still money to be made, part 'still training anyway'.

I dont think Ronnie cares much about tarnishing his legacy.

I think he cares more about making money, meeting fans, having fun and still getting attention.

Back in the day, Bbers cared about going out on top, their place in history, etc.

Now?  Too many big dollars to do that. Ronnie can make a half a mil doing what he does... why would he walk away from $500k?  So kids who read BBing books think a little higher of him?  The man has kids to feed.  He should guest pose til he's 50 years old, if the $ is still there and people still come to see him.

I freaking agree with that statememnt. Vince taylor, at 50, is still onstage kicking it with he young guns, and I'm sure Vince get a paycheck one way or the other. So why wouldn't Ronnie still be having fun? His heart is still on it

Ron how can you base what Ronnie looks like on stage this past weekend.  He NEVER guest poses in shape.  He is a fat slob for years.  He has come to Hawaii maybe 5 or 6 times for Mits show.  Everytime he looks like shit (at least 4 times that I saw).  Other pics of him posted on here guest posing he looks like shit.  So you can't say that.

In ten years, Big Ron will be in 1 of 2 places:

Retired from all stages in 2008, legacy up there with haney and Arnold, with a good pile of $.

Retired from all stages in 2010, legacy up there with haney and Arnold, with a GREAT pile of $.
