if he had continued to write music over the years vs acting and all the other BS, who knows where his music would be?  at least he'd have a nice collection to do 6-8 mth club tours and opening gigs and make some good money.

I love that classic, but you train like a marathon runner (and look like one).
You're prob a stubborn old man, but I would suggest you to halve the volume and keep the tension on your quads by not locking your knees.
