I have these 200mg Diarex caffeine pills.
Do you think it's okay to take one before I do my cardio? It seems to help big time.

If your not overly caffeine sensitive you should be fine. A small Starbucks coffee has 180mg.

i think just simple caffeine pills are the most efficient preworkout, you can safely take 200 mg, even 400 mg is fine, i think.

I'm trying to get lean, I was stuck and I think this is pushing me... I drink a lot of coffee, but these caffeine tabs make me feel like I want to jump out of my skin for some reason. They really seem to help.

That shit was potent as hell, never had anything as strong since, and I use pure eph tabs and pure caffiene, what else did they add to it to make it so strong?

not sure what else they had in them but i used to throw in a asprin also, they get u ripped as hell fast if you diet clean also. now they r not strong at all

This. Totally safe unless you have some weird sensitivity going on. Toxicity levels aren't reached until you go way over a gram a day of caffeine.

Had a head ache for a fucking week. Think i'm going to start again tho. Waking up on mondays suck. lol >:(

Me too dude, it's to the point where if I don't drink caffeine I'm ok, but whenever I drink a bunch of caffeine I have a fucking headache all day. I think i'm going to take a week off and see what happens, worst headaches ever.
It's a recent phenomenon, I've always used a bunch of caffeine, but for some reason it's started to irritate the fuck outta me. Also makes me jittery where it didn't in the past.

x2 shitload here too. I love caffeine. I quit because the amount I was doing can't be healthy. Plus caffeinated drinks where starting to stain my teeth. Going to start popping a fat burner in the morning next monday and see how I feel.

i took 1500mg pre workout in one dose everyday for a few months... was fine at first but eventually it started giving me heart palps .. so stopped taking it..
moral of the story, 200mg aint shit.

i have a big bottle of 100% caffiene anhydrous power... 1/4 teaspoon of the powder is about 1500mg.. didnt have a smaller measuring tool.. stupid, i know..
yeah i have a high tolerance for drugs like XTC and coke.. but caffiene is different.. dont really need much to get a good effect.. 200-400mg is cool for me..

after i consume cocoa drinks for energy and do my workout i slow down my liver with rice that is key
caffiene activates the liver giving you alot of crazy strength but you need to counter it once you dont need that kinda power after a workout. you want to go in "reverse" or hybernate mode after you do a workout, the rice helps with this , resets the body , cools the liver down equalizing the body, try it next time
