a good test would be to ask yourself , are you getting all you wish to accomplish on a day to day basis?if yes then dont change your dietif no then change your diet, ( by all means this is not a reccomendation for giving vegetarianism a try, rather adjust your diet with meat all sorts of ways forming new conclusions along the way)
