u must be short because i dont know anyone tall that only needs 5 hours
i get the most 4 or 5 hrs of sleep evey night ( and i wake up a couple of times durring those 4 or 5 hrs)and have been for the last 15/20 yrs yet i am in great shape and continue to improve..sup with all that b.s about needing at least 8 hrs of sleep if you want to get any gains? is that yet another "must do for gains" created by muscle magazines or am i just lucky to be able to respond to my work outs even though i barley get any sleep? what say you?

Lmao. Everyone is different. Some only need 5 hours and others need 10. Consider yourself lucky.
I generally get the same and do ok.But feel loads better when can get 8+ w few days in a roe like during time off work
I am the exact same way also, but lately I started taking Melatonin...I am sleep maybe 15-30 minutes more but I am sleeping much deeper. Give it a shot and see.. take it 45 minutes before bed.every pharmacy/drug store carries it.. 5mg
HA! U crazy Johnhey. I'm 6'1" and have been sleeping anywhere from 4 hrs on the low end to 6 hrs max for my whole adult life. The other night I slept 3hrs and woke up and was so restless, I got up and hit the gym in the morning before my 8hrs workshift. Sleep is essential and overrated all at the same time. I just sleep as much as my body tell me too

because we are bigger and need more rest since our bodies go harder during the day we also need harder rest, hell i wish i only needed that much rest id be dead trying to do 5 hours a night
perhaps you should sleep some more, then youd have less time to eat, youre quite fat.
