Hi Everybody!
Is just started my preparation for my next contest season. My plan is to do the Dexter Jackson Classic and the Tampa Pro in August. I'll compete in the under 202 class. Last year I was 198 lbs but this year I have to be even more shredded especially at the glute-hams area. In 2008 I just missed the 202 Showdown qualification in Tampa, I placed 6th. This year I want to be in Vegas finally. So I'll do everything I can to achieve this goal!
Now I'm just doing my regular offseason preparation, I have 22 weeks until my next show. Right now my bodyweight is 235 lbs.

Post your Drug course pre contest and what you are on now looks like you have a lot of Steroid Bloat in the face.Looks like you should have your blood work done just to check everything is good.25 is a little young to die but then again you are making a lot of Money from BB.Livin the Dream.

But anyway the last time I ate as much as I can after a contest season was in 2003. And back then I gained 30 pounds after the contest in less than 48 hours...

You do look a little short my dear boy. Unusual for someone from the former Soviet Block. I had a couple of lovely tall Polish boys helping me out in my garden last summer. I just love that semi starved vacant look that only former soviet block nationals have.

I have a more serious question about your health and because other pros wont ever discuss this, can you tell us your blood pressure offseason vs content as well as your blood levels?

I built my legs with hardcore basic exercises but since then in the off-season I just do a little bit this and a little bit that with high reps. And during pre-contest I do supersets, trisets, giant sets and a lots of cardio.
So I don't do any too heavy for legs anymore. My challange is to bring up my upper body even more.

Steve Mr IFBB Pro how is the Job hunting going isn't it a shame that being a IFBB Pro means you need to work 4 jobs just to pay for all your Drug use.Why not take up a real job that pays???

Very nice build, have potential to place top in pro shows, in another 3 years or so. I wish you would get out of bodybuilding while you're still young with your life ahead of you, but you seem committed and that's commendable. Too bad you don't use that focus on a real career.
anyway, good luck with your endeavors. I hope you're one of those 10 bodybuilders than can actually make a decent living from this sport.

yes ..he is ... the finances to sustain that phisique are on a US or western european standar...the money he makes are on a hungarian standard and Steve, correct me if I'm wrong but from hUNGARY POINTOF VIEW you are making really good money right ?

like you said in the video, simply bring up your upper body a little and you will be unstopable.
henry had you a little on conditioning in that last comp, so perhaps you could add a week or 2 to your diet to really push him in the 202.
regarding your holywood dream, you'll never be a brad pitt or arnold, but if you get a good agent and go for russian/albanian/eastern european bodyguard/ mafia parts i think you'll be very successful.

In Hungary if you make $600 a month then you have a very good job... Here most of the people never see $600 in one piece. :-\

Yes, that was 180 kg (about 400 lbs). Usually I use it for 6-8 reps.

I'm regulary checking my health and doing blood tests. Of course the results are depends on where stands my preparation for the contests.
Usually my blood pressure is around 120-140/90-100.
My AST is around 60-100 IU/l and my ALT is around 70-110 IU/l.
Well if your results are lower...I'm bigger, I'm stronger, I'm a professional bodybuilder. We can't be the same...
I'm healthy and feeling healthy.

Your levels aren't unhealthy and your blood pressure is only slightly out of range, making you technically hypertensive.
I thought your levels would be much higher than what you have posted.

Of course! Kiz Kalasi (Castle by the Sea) is where we used to hang out. I had a VW bug and my bodybuilding Air Force friends and I drive right up to the BP MotorKamp and right onto the beach. Park the bug, open up the trunk and share our liquor with our Turkish friends. Always a great time.

Are you saying he will NEVER make it in the general IFBB shows??He can't beat Dave H or the other little guy Flex Lewis they have the 202 stitched up.Take up GOLF just buy short clubs.

Most of the time I mix the 'heavy weights with pyramid sets' and the 'straight sets with higher reps' in one workout. I always do at least one exercise with really heavy weight per workout.
Now I just started my diet 1 week ago. And I started with about 330 g protein, 300 g carbs and almost no fats. My protein intake will be even higher. That amount of carbs is moderate for me. When it will be lower then I'll increase my fat intake.

I understand what you wrote... But anyway now with 330 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs I almost don't eat any fats at all.
In the next phase I'll reduce the carbs even more and bump up my protein intake.
Then when I'll reach the 100-150 grams of carbs limit per day I'll use some fats too...and we'll see what happen.
And in the final phase I'll use the carb cycling. 3-5 days off (below 150 g...even zero too), one day on (300-400 g)...
But I'll go by the mirror.

That was Dexter...:) I still can't believe it. I was a great experience to me. He's a cool guy.
