I’m sure that Deion will attract a lot of football talent to Colorado over the next couple of years.
I would be surprised if he doesn't move to the SEC or ACC before then.

If the current playoffs structure stays the way it is (six highest-ranked conference champs and the next six highest-ranked teams), I could see him staying in the Big 12 if Colorado gets really good.  You can be the #1 team in the league with a guaranteed playoffs spot, and don't have to compete for that spot with the best SEC teams.

Not to mention it's the (I believe) 30-year anniversary of.....

Deion Sanders was always a super athlete. He made professional baseball and football look easy, almost as if he was genetically built to be better than everyone else.

Very few people can do that. Bo Jackson was another mutant. Hell, the great Michael Jordan tried with baseball and failed.

Even though Colorado lost they redeemed themselves this week by losing only by a score and conversion when they got blown out only a week before and this is while sitting out two of arguably his best players for kneeling. Either Lincoln Riley is slipping or Coach Prime made some seriously impressive play calls.

He benched players for kneeling? What did they kneel for?

That is true but the portal has weakened the SEC. I'm sure he would prefer to coach FSU someday in the ACC but that coach isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

I never liked dions persona but he is in the modern era the most successful two sport athlete now granted baseball wise bo was slightly better

bo was more exciting and had way more media hype

I would argue for a very short time he was the second biggest athlete popularity wise behind Michael Jordan but after his hip got broke people got bored with him

Ouch!

I wonder if Colorado was too fatigued in the 4th quarter to maintain control of the game?

They are coming back down to Earth. Motivation can only get you so far.
