These days they get their teeth done, and put on tons of makeup... There are videos on YouTube showing how ugly some big stars are without makeup.
The Original Makeup artist in Hollywood MAX FACTOR (who made a cosmetics company as well) famously said he could make almost ANY girl a star, and that the best stars were "Hyper-Responders" to makeup, they could look HORRID without it but when they put it on they literally "Transformed" into something else!!
