depends, but in general (at least from Vietnamese standpoint--that's me), the ones in the US (also Australian/UK) are hotter (cutting edge of superficial looks, nutrition, environment, and yes even surgery compared to native Asians). But that hotness comes with a price. Western upbringing has spoiled them and have made them feel more empowered than they deserve. For this, the more traditional native Asian girls overseas will always win to me. ALSO if you move up the food chain is SE Asia (think models/celebs), their women can easily match if not beat Westernized Asian women in looks.
