I used to train in venice, when he did, and yes all you hear is true, lazy as hell. Just genetically gifted, which, of course pisses me off, since I am the opposite.

Still, freakin huge, could have been Mr. Olympia.

Note to Chris: balancing the dumbbells on your thighs does not work the muscle fibers.

 Yea...I have a buddy who trains at Golds venice from time to time and has seen Cormier in there "training"...

 I was told we will spend 3-1/2 hours in there...he walks around w/ his ginormous gym bag...ear-phones...cell phone glued to his face. He'll strut around and hit on chicks...sit and talk with the guys...shoot the breeze...talk on his phone...clown around at the front desk...clown around...make a couple of calls on his cell phone...

 He'll do a set and hold a conversation with his spotter or whoever is around DURING his set...he'll text-message his bitches...check voice mails...make a couple more calls...15 minutes pass he is starting his next set.

 His cell phone 'blows up w/ some bitch holla-ing' and his ring-tone is probably...' tryin catch me ridin...tryin to catch me ridin dirty...tryin to catch me ridin dirty...' then he answers the phone all like...'who dis? awwww...wassup babygirl? you know I be all gettin my swole on....huh? aww I see you be gottin jokes now, huh babygirl?............huh?....tru dat...you know you be my Boo...you know you is my Boo....you miss me babygirl...want me to come see you babygirl?.....you know you is!...awww...dont even trip...I be in the gym...huh?..."

 While Ronnie stays focused and slides another plate on...and when Dorian kept his eyes on the floor and let nothing els in his head besides how he wants to look what his job was to do on that given day.

Thanks big guy.  I'm glad my pathetic strength/body has motivated you.  But seriously, it is just a natural lift for me.  My bench and squat pale in comparison.

I think you and stavios are on par as far as strengh goes.

LOL...Dude, if your doing any type of exercise where glutes come into play your ass is going to hurt, grow or get stronger. It's the biggest muscle group in your body, what do you expect? Your glutes are just about everything related to lower body.

Yeah i didn't know that thanks  ::)

jsute saying that there must be some ways to work my legs where the glutes won't works as much.

I am to the point where my quads and hams don't grow, only my glutes.

 I heard that to...

 He relied on genetics to carry him is the word around the campfire. Imagine if physical bodies like DILLET or WHEELER or CORMIER had the heart and drive and fire YATES has/had...or even COLEMAN. It could have been unbelievable!

 A waste of talent...or, TRUE potential. All because the temporal pleasures of cell phones, drama, bitches, and living the sterotypical bodybuilding lifestyle was more important.

I doubt it, as genetically gifted as you are I would guess 750lbs

here is what you do, start by warming up your chest

put 5 plates on each side of the bar and give it a good pull into your chest. That will give your chest a nice stretch before hitting the 750lbs dead.
