Disgusted, this is Nick (King’s training partner) and I want to send you some
props for what you are doing for my boy. I see the man everyday and I am
still amazed at what you guys have done since the Olympia. I took pictures
of him tonight at the Gym and if he keeps up this progress good things are
on the horizon. Personally I think his size is right up there with the best
just get him down to an ultra-shredded look and you guys will do some
damage. Great job bro!!!! :o :o :o

King's arms are a lost cause. That's just genetic. However, I think King could place well at most shows and qualify for the Olympia looking like this:

Thanks bro, we are both doing our best. I am confident about things although no where near satisfied. Things are on schedule and he still has some growing to do. Anyone wishing to say hi to either King or me can do so at the Muscletech booth at the Arnold Classic. King looks forward to meeting some of his Getbig fans. ;D

You guys are giving King too much of a hard time. But like he says, it fuels his fire.
When he's in shape and flexes, he looks awesome. Most pros have a big gut standing relaxed, so that's nothing to judge him by.

i told you 1000s times before,,kamalis arm problems are due to him being from the middle east,,99% of middle eastern origin lifters have smaller arms due to shorter forarms and shorter upper arm,,their forarms are the length of the ave american girl! it is strictly genetic and can be enhanced with seo like hanna,,mustafa,,and couple others but it will never be arnold or sergio or mine kinda big,,never

His issue isn't "short forearms", it's high bicep tie-ins. There's a big enough gap between his elbows and the bottom of his biceps to drive a truck through. Unfortunately for him, it's genetic, and there isn't a damn thing he can do about it.

offseason they are pretty damn big in person i'd say 22 offseason but thois epics do look small
