Ive trained with Sensei Brennan, my senior instructor is Masao Kawasoe but years ago i trained with the Red Triangle and all their stars. Best Shotokan outside of Japan is Sensei Brennan's IMO, Alfie Lewis is also a great fighter. Think it was 5 * WAKO champ if i recall, not sure if i'd fight either on the street in their prime but do you know who won?

Do you practice martial arts yourself? The Red Triangle experience was unbelievable, had Sensei Brennan shut the doors and just blast us for 3 hours. His Nijushiho is poetic in execution, definitely my favourite instructor and can easily believe he would win. His aggression is relentless.

western boxing

trained with alfie and liverpool freestyle- the frenchman- steve french- look him up he became a tax man, andy boyce, peter o'para.

have to say though frankie brennan is a different class.

did cq stuff with gary spiers- who was the hardest m an i have ever trained with and worked doors with. different league

happy days- stopped the training when i got into lifting and weight went up to about 17 stone in nice shape. no flexibility no speed and no gas.

i did a bit with sken in muay thai in manny- that was tough
