What is it cause there was one on my package and only one item showed up . customs declaration form

I figured it out , its like when you go through customs they ask you if you gave anything to declare as in are you bringing any items , I couldn't read the hand writing but another package came in with the rest of the goods and it was declared a book

Cool, I haven't received a letter from customs in years, but i've had a few packs seized and got some letters.

Well first the western union sent money to a person but switched last name with the town so that took 3 days until they got back to me so I fixed it and then they said call back and change the name of the person mso it took a week too long
