Yesterday I had a small accident where a bus was going to almost hit me while I was walking through the street. The bus driver stopped around 10-15 metrers to a bus stop and I ran to kick his ass.
He saw me in the side mirrors and close the door of the bus before my face. I front kicked the door and got my leg stuck in the plastic glass window cause i broke it. Same time the driver started the bus and I fell on my hand leading to small fracture on my wrist. The doctor did a x ray scan and said that I should be off training for atleast 2 weeks (4 weeks will be perfect in his opinion).
I will bump my gh to 12 IU ED to speed up recovery. Also I will do cardio and leg training. However, I have a vacation on 29.04 and wanted to be in uber shape.
Also running 600 mg primo EW with 150mg testp prop EW and 50 mg var ED.
Any idea how to train during the time I have to keep my hand inactive?
