lee i saw a thread about you doing a fullbody routine, you ever tried it?
you should have a fullbody training session (one session with one exercise per body part) in one of your dvds..
also you should try eating 100g protein for a day for a month and see if you loose muscle (increase carbs instead) and chronicle it in the dvds..
you could do like the guy that ate 30 days at mcdonalds...but instead you would try out /debunk bodybuilding myths
